ingredients:
  • Salmon Fillet
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp fresh minced Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • Sun dried Tomatoes
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Italian herbs
METHOD
Season & pansear Salmon on both sides for 2 mins w/2 Tbsp olive oil in cast iron skillet. Transfer to separate Pan. In same skillet start your sauce. Add garlic cook for about 3 mins, Add red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. Add chicken broth, sun dried tomatoes and whipping cream. Add your remaining seasoning. allow to simmer. Pour sauce over Salmon and bake in oven for 5-7min on 400 degrees. Serve over Mashed Potatoes ☺️
