1 point pizza dough, fresh (cooling rack)
250g ricotta
50 g grated Parmesan
125 g of mozzarella
Olive oil
spice mix

Preparation

Working time about 15 minutes.

Total time about 15 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the pizza dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat oven as directed on package.

Spread the ricotta over the dough, leaving a 1cm-wide border free. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the ricotta. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices, pour over them and distribute evenly. Season with Bella Donna (Bella Donna contains the following spices: sundried tomatoes, black pepper, paprika powder, salt with salt, rosemary, basil, onion, and garlic). Then brush the free edge with olive oil and drizzle the rest with olive oil.

Then put the pizza in the hot oven. serve
