
Ingredients:
4 live lobsters about 1 1/2 pounds each
sea salt
melted butter for serving
lemon wedges and parsley sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
Place the lobsters in the cooler for 20 minutes to take care of them.
For Boiled Lobster
Heat an enormous pot of water to the point of boiling. Add 1 tablespoon of salt for every gallon of water.
Place the lobsters directly into the bubbling water. Cook the lobsters for 9 minutes or until shells are dazzling red and the meat is cooked through.
Eliminate the lobsters from the bubbling water. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes, then, at that point, present with softened spread as an afterthought. Embellish with lemon wedges and parsley twigs as wanted.
For Steamed Lobster
Place 4 crawls of water in a huge pot; heat the water to the point of boiling.
Place the lobsters in the pot and cover the pot. Cook the lobsters for 11 minutes or until the shells are dazzling red and the meat is cooked through.
Eliminate the lobsters from the pot. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes, then, at that point, present with softened spread as an afterthought. Embellish with lemon wedges and parsley twigs as wanted.
