INGREDIENTS
- * 3 cups of Rice
- * Shrimps
- * 1 whole Pineapple
- * Carrots (diced)
- * Spring onions
- * 3 eggs
- * Grated garlic and ginger
- * Onion powder
- * Black pepper
- * Green peas
- * White/Chili pepper
- * All purpose seasoning/seasoning cubes
- * Soy sauce
- * Vegetable oil
PREPARATIONS
* Wash and perboil the rice for about 7mins. Wash and cook and until it’s soft.
* Season the shrimps with some garlic, ginger, black pepper, onion powder, salt and fry on both sides. Set aside.
* Beat the eggs and fry. Set aside
* Cut the pineapple into tiny cube shapes and set aside.
* Heat up some Vegetable oil in a pan, add the grated garlic and ginger and fry for 30ses. Add the diced carrots and green peas and fry for about a 1min. Add the pineapple stir and let it simmer for a few seconds.
Add the all purpose seasoning, some salt and white/chilli pepper. Stir and then add the shrimps and scrambled eggs and stir again.
Add the rice and the soy sauce, mix until everything is properly combined
