Cheesy garlic bread is a delicious and indulgent treat that combines the irresistible flavors of garlic, butter, cheese, and bread into one mouthwatering dish. To make cheesy garlic bread, start by slicing a loaf of French or Italian bread in half lengthwise. Next, mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.

Next, sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the garlic butter. You can also add grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor. Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden brown.

Once the cheesy garlic bread is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing it into individual servings. Serve the bread warm as a side dish or appetizer, alongside your favorite pasta or soup.

Cheesy garlic bread is a crowd-pleasing dish that is perfect for parties, potlucks, or any time you’re craving a savory and satisfying snack. The combination of crispy bread, melted cheese, and savory garlic butter is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
