2 tablespoons oil
1 small onion (chopped)
ยฝ red pepper
ยฝ green pepper
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb โ€“ cubed)
1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic
ยพ teaspoon salt
ยฝ teaspoon chili powder
ยฝ teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1ยฝ cups low sodium chicken broth
