Oven-Baked Ribs

🍖
🔥 are fall-off-the-bone tender, seasoned with a flavorful rub, and finished with a sweet and smoky BBQ glaze for a finger-licking feast! 😋🍯🍽️

Ingredients:

-FOR THE RIBS:
Baby back ribs
BBQ sauce

-FOR THE RUB:
Brown sugar
Salt
Pepper
Smoked paprika
Chili powder
Granulated garlic
Onion powder
Mustard powder
Ground cinnamon

Instructions:

🔸 Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. 🍖

🔸 In a small bowl, prepare the rub by combining 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon granulated garlic, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon mustard powder, and a pinch of ground cinnamon. 🍛

🔸 Remove the membrane from the back of the baby back ribs for tender results. Use a paper towel to grip and pull the membrane off the bone side of the ribs. 🐖

🔸 Place the ribs on the prepared baking sheet, bone side down, and use your hands to rub the spice mixture generously all over both sides of the ribs. 🤲

🔸 Cover the ribs with aluminum foil, sealing it tightly to create a packet. 🍽️

🔸 Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours or until they are tender and cooked through. 🕒

🔸 While the ribs are baking, prepare your favorite barbecue sauce or use store-bought barbecue sauce for convenience. 🍯

🔸 After baking, remove the ribs from the oven and carefully open the foil packet. 🍖

🔸 Preheat your grill or broiler to high heat. 🌡️

🔸 Brush the ribs with a generous amount of barbecue sauce on both sides. 🍖

🔸 Grill or broil the ribs for a few minutes on each side, just until the sauce caramelizes and forms a delicious glaze. 🍽️

🔸 Remove the ribs from the grill or broiler and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing between the bones. 🍽️

🔸 Serve your mouthwatering Oven-Baked Ribs with extra barbecue sauce on the side. Enjoy! 😋🍖🔥
