1 cup honey
2 tablespoons coconut oil

2 cups rolled oats*
1.5 cups quick cooking oats*
½ cup mini chocolate chips
½ cup chopped peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS
Line a square 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper and spray it very lightly with non-stick baking spray.
Add the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil to a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute.
