Spaghetti sauce!! Ready to fill my jars and water bath, used recipe found on this site

INGRIDINET 
  •  1/2 bushel tomatoes
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1/2 bunch celery
  • 2 lg carrots
  • 2 heads garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup olive oil
METHOD:
sprinkled over everything, salt and pepper to taste. Roast 45 minutes at 450, blend in food processor.
Then blended up 2 cups packed fresh basil 1 cup parsley 1 cup oregano 1/2 cup sugar Stir all together, and put in jars. Water bath 40 minute
