– 6-8 Pork Chops
– Herb and Garlic Seasoning (As Needed)
– Avocado Oil (As Needed)


1- Preheat a Ninja Foodi Grill, or grill pan, over high heat.
2- Brush the oil over the pork. Rub the seasoning over the pork. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. Place the pork onto the grill pan and cook until browned on both sides and the pork is cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
